    Terms and Conditions of Use

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By registering and using the LIA.HUB Affiliates platform ("Platform"), operated by liahub.ai ("Company"), you ("Affiliate" or "User") agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the Platform.

    2. Definitions

    • Affiliate: individual or legal entity registered on the Platform for the purpose of promoting products and receiving commissions on sales made.
    • Hotlink: personalized link generated by the Platform that identifies the Affiliate as responsible for the referral.
    • Commission: percentage of the sale value made through the Affiliate's Hotlink.
    • Two-Tier Network: model in which the Affiliate can refer new affiliates and receive commissions on sales made by their direct referrals.

    3. Registration and Eligibility

    To participate in the Affiliate Program, the User must: (a) be at least 18 years old; (b) have a valid and regular CPF or CNPJ; (c) correctly fill in all required fields in the registration form; (d) provide valid bank or PIX details for receiving commissions.

    The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel any registration, at its sole discretion, without the need for justification, especially in cases of false, fraudulent or incomplete information.

    4. Affiliate Program Rules

    4.1. Promotion

    The Affiliate may promote Platform products on social media, messaging apps, blogs, websites and other digital channels, provided that:

    • Only Hotlinks generated by the Platform are used;
    • No SPAM, misleading advertising or methods that could harm the brand image are used;
    • Affiliate links are not altered or manipulated;
    • Paid ads using the Company's brand are not created without prior authorization;
    • Only official materials provided in the Affiliate Center or own materials that respect brand guidelines are used.

    4.2. Commissions

    • Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the sale value, as defined by category or product on the Platform;
    • A sale is considered valid only after: payment confirmation by the customer, expiration of the return period (7 days under consumer protection law) and absence of chargeback;
    • Commission values displayed on the Platform are estimates and may be adjusted until the final confirmation of the order;
    • The Affiliate will receive commissions only on legitimate sales made by third parties; self-purchases for commission generation are prohibited.

    4.3. Two-Tier Network (Affiliate Referral)

    The Affiliate may refer new participants to the Program using their referral code. In this case, they will receive an additional commission on sales made by the affiliates they referred (level 2), according to percentages defined by the Platform. The referral feature may be enabled or disabled by the Company at any time.

    4.4. Payments

    • Payments are made monthly, after the billing cycle closes;
    • The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 100.00 (one hundred reais);
    • Payments will be made via bank transfer or PIX, according to the Affiliate's registered details;
    • The Company may withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud or irregularity, until the investigation is concluded.

    5. Affiliate Obligations

    • Keep registration data up to date;
    • Do not use fraudulent practices, such as fake clicks, fictitious purchases or metric manipulation;
    • Comply with applicable legislation, including the Consumer Protection Code, the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other applicable regulations;
    • Do not share access credentials with third parties;
    • Immediately notify the Company of any misuse of your account.

    6. Penalties and Cancellation

    Non-compliance with these Terms may result in:

    • Formal warning;
    • Temporary account suspension;
    • Permanent cancellation of registration with loss of pending commissions;
    • Civil and/or criminal liability, when applicable.

    The Affiliate may request account cancellation at any time by contacting support. Confirmed commissions within the payment deadline will be paid normally.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All intellectual property rights over the Platform, brand, logos, promotional materials and content belong to the Company. The Affiliate does not acquire any rights over these elements through the use of the Platform.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    The Company is not responsible for:

    • Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance or force majeure;
    • Purchase decisions of consumers referred by the Affiliate;
    • Cancellations, returns or chargebacks made by customers;
    • Losses and damages resulting from improper use of the Platform by the Affiliate.

    9. Changes to Terms

    The Company may change these Terms at any time, with prior notice by email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

    10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The parties elect the jurisdiction of São Paulo/SP as competent to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.
